When you visit our website, contact us, book a call, or hire us for a project, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be old enough to make legal agreements in your country.

You must also have permission to act for yourself or for any company you represent.

4. Ownership of Work

All work we create (like designs, code, machines, and ideas) belongs to Enermyx unless we agree in writing that it belongs to you.

You can use the final work for your project, but you cannot copy, resell, or share it without permission.

5. Service Availability

We try to keep our services running well, but we cannot promise they will always be available.

We may stop or change services when needed.

6. Payments

Projects usually require a deposit before we start work.

Some projects are paid in stages. Each stage must be paid before we continue.

All payments must be made through approved method which is PAYSTACK only. We are not responsible for payments sent the wrong way.

7. Project Time

Project times are estimates. They may change based on how complex the work is.

If the client delays feedback or materials, the project may take longer.

8. Responsibility

We are not responsible for how our work is used after delivery.

Our work is mainly for prototypes, testing, and development.

Force Events: We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot control, such as power cuts, natural disasters, war, or internet problems.

AI Systems: Any AI or smart systems we build are for testing and learning. They should not be used for medical, legal, or life-critical decisions.

9. Limited Projects

We only take a limited number of projects at a time so we can do high-quality work.

Some projects may be delayed or declined because of this.

10. Consultation

We may offer a short free call to understand your idea.

After that, deeper technical help may require a paid consultation.

11. Type of Work Agreement

Projects are either fixed-price or flexible (step-by-step). The type decides how payment and delivery works.

12. Law

These terms follow the laws of Ghana.
